**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of property management practices and real estate law
- Proficiency in sales techniques to close deals successfully
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve favorable outcomes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,392.00 per year

Expected hours: 1 - 60 per week
