Residential Renovation

Square It Up Construction is seeking a full-time, experienced **Renovator** to join our team. This position will be responsible for the following:

- Perform general repairs and renovations to residential structures, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, drywall repair, and roofing.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on residential structures.
- Complete work order requests from homeowners as required by the company.
- Maintain and clean all work areas and equipment used in the performance of job duties.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures as set forth in the company policies and procedures manual.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to use basic hand tools is preferred but not required.
- Must have experience with drywall installation, tape texture, mud, painting, trim work, baseboards, casing, etc.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
