HR Generalist

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer various HR functions including but not limited to on-boarding, employee relations, personnel file maintenance and audit, performance management, and off-boarding processes
- Oversee workers compensation claims working with both the insurance company and internal field offices
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Perform HR audits
- Maintain knowledge of current OSHA regulations and ensure workplace safety measures are implemented
- Utilize HRIS systems such to maintain employee records and generate reports
- Maintain fleet and equipment inventories
- Oversee random drug testing program

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on generalist responsibilities. Excellent computer skills. Minimum A.A. degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of worker's compensation claims process, investigation of any employee related accidents, and coordination of workers compensation coverage (multi-state experience a plus)
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
