Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising staff, and driving sales.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market competition
- Create and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers
- Train, develop, and supervise store staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Oversee store merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives and promotions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and developing employees
- Ability to effectively manage shift schedules and allocate resources accordingly
- Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
