Warehouse Clerk

Warehouse Clerk - Retail are responsible for receiving, pulling, picking orders to the individual retail venues of Universal Studios Theme Park and City Walk. Stock received product away in the proper location, replenish stock and rotate stock

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, pull, and pick orders; processing orders, red line (price events); stock, replenish stock, rotate stock.
- Operate forklift, complete daily logs, required forms and paperwork. (Certification required to be assigned as fork lift driver); Deliver orders, pickup empties and return then to Warehouse.
- Clean and maintain work area and all equipment in a neat and orderly manner.
- Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner. Seeks to provide assistance to guests.
- Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years older

The pay rate for this role starts at $21.00 and increases to $23.00 after 1000 hours
