**Enterprise Information Systems Security Manager**
As the Enterprise Information Systems Security Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the cybersecurity program for the company's corporate information systems,
Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings, and managed solutions and information system assets deployed on the customer networks.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited with the following**
- Provide effective strategic and tactical leadership for the efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks. Take direct ownership of the threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response, cybersecurity awareness, and other critical information security management processes.
- In collaboration with business leadership, take responsibility for identifying, pursuing, and maintaining cybersecurity accreditations and authorizations of company's information systems critical to conducting operation and pursuing new business.
- Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of information security policies, standards, plans, and procedures to maintain security posture, ensure compliance, and allow for effective and efficient execution of business functions.
- Ensure alignment and effective collaboration among cybersecurity, information systems infrastructure, and software development and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls and secure system development practices consistent with the established policies and standards.
- Provide organizational leadership of the cybersecurity function, including organization structure definition, expertise development, budget management, and resource allocation in support of the established policies, plans, and strategic direction, and to enable effective extension of cybersecurity capabilities to customer-facing operations.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with authorizing officials, assessment organizations, customer information security officials, business unit leaders, engineering organizations, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver regular updates to the company leadership on the information security posture, incidents, compliance, and strategic direction.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience, including policy development, organizational leadership, and cybersecurity operations
- 10+ years of progressive experience with implementation of RMF, CMMC, ISO 27K, and related cybersecurity frameworks
- CISSP certification
- Information systems technology experience and certifications

**Other**:

- US Citizenship is a requirement for this position.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
