Future Tech Consultants of NY (FTC), a SOCOTEC Company, located in Mineola, NY is a Comprehensive Engineering, Inspection and Testing Company that has earned a highly regarded reputation for professionalism and reliability in the construction industry. This role is specifically within FTC, a SOCOTEC company. We are currently looking for an experienced Billing Clerk to perform an array of general administrative duties that include client billing with working knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office. Dependable, well organized with basic knowledge of general accounting including experience in A/R service billing & collections.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setup/generate/maintain accounts receivable client files
- Prepare, verify and process client invoices
- Update client fee schedules
- Monitor client account details for non payments, delayed/missed/partial payments
- Perform filing, scanning and general administrative tasks

**Qualifications**
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1 -3 years experience in an accounting environment
- Construction knowledge a PLUS

**Additional Information**

Hourly rate: $25/hour
