Landscaping Laborer

As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks to ensure the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial properties..This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for landscaping.

Minimum Qualifications: Our ideal crew member would be someone who:

- Has a great attitude and willingness to learn.
- Can be flexible as our schedules change depending on the weather and season.
- Is proficient in landscape services.
- Dependability and team player attitude.
- Required winter availability for on call snow removal services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in landscape installation.
- Team members who operate GSL fleet vehicles are required to have a valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and the ability to obtain a PA DOT Medical Card within 10 days of hire.
- Applicants should have a grasp on identification of commonly used plants in our area, as well as an in-depth understanding of proper installation and care techniques.
- Ability to arrive at work on time on a daily basis and maintain a regular, dependable attendance record.

Benefits are available within 60 days of starting and include PTO for vacation and holidays. Health insurance and a retirement account are also offered as part of our industry-leading benefit package. Start time is 7:30am.

**Pay will be based on experience.**

Our shop is located in PA Furnace, which is about 15 mins outside of State College.

Pay: $17.10 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
