**PRODUCTION OPERATOR**

Production Operator Duties:

- Loading and unloading materials from a variety of vehicles.
- Loading raw material safely and accurately into production equipment
- Moving raw/finished goods from the production floor either in storage or into outbound trucks
- Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
- Following written instructions and keeping records.
- Completing physical tasks quickly and accurately.
- Understanding production and plants processes.
- Follow all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
- Required facility housekeeping: sweep, clean, maintain production floor.

Essential Criteria:

- Ability to lift tools and certain equipment which can weigh 50 to 70 lbs. consistently.
- Ability to operate equipment, not limited to a fork truck.
- Ability to develop new skills.
- Must desire and follow the team concept to achieve set company goals.
- Ability to deliver high quality work with limited supervision.
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
- One year forklift experience, _preferred_.
- Previous Experience in a manufacturing environment, _preferred_.
- Good Communication skills.
- Motivated by an active work environment.
