**Exciting Opportunity: Director of Cath Lab RN**

Are you a seasoned leader in Cath Lab nursing? We're searching for a Director of Cath Lab RN to lead our team in Fort Pierce, FL. Join us in providing exceptional care and advancing our cath lab services to new heights.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Cath Lab department, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
- Utilize your expertise to drive performance improvements and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in cath lab procedures.

**Your Qualifications**:

- RN with BSN required.

**Additional Details**:

- Up to 15% annual bonus based on performance KPIs.
- Please note: Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance are not guaranteed.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
