Live-in Caregiver

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide meal preparation and management, including special dietary needs
- Help with medication administration, including tracking medication schedules
- Offer emotional support and companionship to our clients
- Engage in light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Participate in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation, such as reading, playing games, or watching movies
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for our clients
- Provide coverage for her care when behavioral respite care workers are ill

Qualifications:

- Experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting
- Ability to prepare meals and manage meal plans
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with ADLs and the ability to assist with daily living activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic towards clients and their families
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing consistent care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Completion of any necessary certifications or training programs
- Commitment to providing high-quality care that promotes independence and dignity for our daughter

Pay: $1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Caregiving: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Glendora, CA 91741 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Glendora, CA 91741: Relocate before starting work (required)
