We're on a mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences while creating incredible opportunities for our employees. **From our Frankfort, IL location, we provide sales and service for a variety of products, focusing primarily on Plumbing Services and Whole House Standby Generators.**

**As our company continues to grow**, we are seeking dedicated individuals to **join our Plumbing Sales Team as Outside Sales Representative to run sales routes in the outer loop of Chicago.**

**Why you can expect in this role**:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers, ensuring their understanding of product features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.

**The skills/experience you'll need to be considered for this role**:

- **2-3 Years of Experience**: A minimum of two-three years of experience in an in-home sales role is required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to utilize digital sales tools and contracts.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A minimum or a High School diploma or equivalent.
