Centex Auto Title is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Associate Title Clerk to join our Automotive Dealer Division. As a Dealer Associate Title Clerk, you will play a crucial role in guiding our largest clients through their ongoing title and registration needs, ensuring compliance with all necessary requirements, and providing exceptional service throughout the entire transaction. **Responsibilities**

The Associate Title Clerk responsibilities include:

- Guiding clients through the complex title and registration process: Serve as the main point of contact for our Dealer clients during title and registration transactions, and explain the title transfer and registration renewal processes clearly, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Processing automobile registrations and title transfers: Ensure accuracy of documentation and adherence to legal requirements. Work closely with relevant government agencies to facilitate timely completion.
- Being experts in the field: Stay up-to-date with changes in title and registration laws, regulations, and industry best practices as well as share knowledge with colleagues and clients to enhance overall understanding.
- Maintaining rigorous standards of excellence in work: Conduct all tasks with a keen eye for detail, precision, and thoroughness; and follow established processes and procedures to maintain consistently high quality of work.
- Creating a positive and friendly experience for dealer clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealer clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy. Strive to exceed client expectations and provide exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, specifically with title and registration processes, is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication skills
- Proficient and excellent computer data entry skills combined with the ability to navigate multiple computerized information systems
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to pass pre-employment criminal background check
- Language: English, Spanish bilingual preferred

**Job Details**
- Job Type: Full Time (35-45 hours per week)
- Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 3 PM; Saturdays optional
- Location: In-person

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
