We strongly believe in what we do for our community and are looking for a fun, enthusiastic Pool Service Technician.
**Service Technician** **is responsible for**:
- Fulfills and provides excellent customer service at every job site visit for repairs and pool equipment replacements & requests.
- Keep logs and record the client's service request using our App.
- Report any issues that may occur during the repair to service manager for scheduling and or quoting.
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs (equipment & parts.)
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service pool equipment.
- Familiar with Pentair, Paramount, and other major pool brands.
- Friendly attitude and customer service mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Mechanical aptitude & can work in outdoor conditions all year round.
- MUST BE 21 with a good driving record.
- Responsible for truck inventory control. Must update service manager when truck has maintenance problems.
- Provide small handheld tools for their vehicle.

**Experience**:
- Minimum of two years pool experience.
- Need to be a motivated, self-starter who enjoys working independently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Occasional overtime and Saturday work during peak seasonal periods.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- **Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) preferred.**

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
