**Qualifications**:

- ** Required**: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- ** Required**:Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
- ** Required**: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
- ** Desired Traits**: Experience with center-based, early intervention. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.

- Base Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
- Between $6K - $18K annually for bonuses, paid quarterly.
