**About the Role**:

Join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist in the heart of New York City In this hybrid role, you'll handle cashier duties with precision while also managing front desk responsibilities to ensure our guests receive a warm welcome and seamless experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cash Handling**: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with care, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- **Customer Service**: Greet guests with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude as they enter our establishment. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services and offerings.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage appointment bookings, reservations, and inquiries, ensuring availability and accuracy in scheduling. Coordinate with staff to accommodate guest requests and preferences.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front desk and cashiering duties. Support colleagues as needed to maintain a smooth operation.
