Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the building in an industrial environment, including grounds and fixtures by performing the following duties.

Major Position Responsibilities:

- Monitors building and grounds to ensure a neat and clean presentation and environment.- Performs various cleaning and maintenance activities to include sweeping and mopping all surfaces, polish as necessary all floor space, and vacuum carpeted areas.- Follows all written and verbal instructions.- Cleans rest rooms to include disinfecting toilets, sinks and floors, and restocking rest room supplies as needed.- Removes trash and disposes of in designated areas.- Maintains all equipment to include:

- vacuum cleaners
- trash cans
- mop buckets
- cleaning supplies- Reports and repairs emergency maintenance problems and/or environmental hazards immediately.

Basic Qualifications:

- Previous janitorial experience required.
- Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
