**Job Overview**:
Through our carefully curated selection of merchandise, we guide and inspire our customers to make style a creative source of energy in their lives. The Coordinator for Bloomingdale’s Private Brands plays a key role in bringing our brand vision to life through our private label product design and assortments.

**Essential Functions**:

- Owns trim (hangtags/woven labels) requests:

- Approve hangtag layouts/retail tickets for all AQUA FOBs & C by Cashmere
- Develop collaboration trims for all AQUA FOBs & C by Cashmere
- Liasion between trim suppliers & vendors
- Fittings:

- Fit time management: time allocation during the fittings & booking time/fit models
- Organization of fit samples for weekly fitting prioritizing by delivery & vendor request (average 50 styles per week)
- Take detailed notes during the fittings & add in fit photos for our vendor communication
- Vendor follow up on notes from weekly fittings
- Scheduling ad hoc fittings with vendors, fit model & internal team
- Manages & processes expenses for weekly fittings
- Development:

- Works with Creative Director & Designer to identify seasonal color palette for all AQUA FOBs, AQUA Cashmere & C by Cashmere
- Collaborates with Creative team to build & edit AQUA Fashion quarterly assortment & AQUA Cashmere & C by Cashmere seasonal assortment (trend research/color forecasting/fabric review)
- Communicates & manages weekly submits/color approvals/fabrics from vendors (average 50 per week)
- Cashmere color:

- Creates color cards for AQUA Cashmere & C by Cashmere
- Approves cashmere lab dips for both Cashmere programs (45 color standards)
- Acts as a liaison between Marketing team, MMC & vendor partners for all collaboration & campaign shoots
- Coordinates collaboration gifting for Marketing/PR
- Specialist & Generalist point of contact for the Stores
- Enters all programs for each season & tracks payouts
- Manages & processes expenses for AD samples across all AQUA FOBs

**Qualifications and Competencies**:
3-5 years related experience
- Advanced Excel
- Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically; strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs

**Physical Requirements**:

- Requires periods of walking, standing, communicating, reaching, crouching and climbing ladders
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
