Job Position Summary:
The Digital Retail Advisor is responsible for providing consultative services to maximize various custom and dynamic web-based software products. The Digital Retail Advisor is an expert in digital retailing and the automotive industry. The person in this role utilizes exceptional interpersonal and communications skills to give both virtual and live in person presentations, provide training, and lead the collection of user information and data. They should provide strategic solutions to department leadership based on that data. A Digital Retail Advisor must network and build relationships with client field office stakeholders and key dealers in their territory.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Provides dealer consultations, leveraging performance data and extensive industry knowledge, on-site or virtually.
- Promote and achieve brand and organizational goals throughout entirety of engagements.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention though consistent service delivery.
- Provide reports and dealer feedback regarding customer-related activities to Management. Provides recommendations regarding process and/or strategic initiatives based on this data.
- Timely and accurate documentation of all Dealer interactions, feedback, actions taken, and next steps needed.
- n addition to the responsibilities and duties listed above, this position may be required to perform other duties as required to support the needs of the department or organization. These duties may vary based on business needs and may include additional responsibilities.

- Comfortable with an estimated 50% travel, including overnight stays.

**Education and Experience**:

- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of automotive industry or outside sales experience required.
- Ability to communicate important customer relationship information to management.
- Demonstrated experience with customer service.
- Must be able to attend and host meetings and training sessions as required.
- Must possess knowledge of the automotive industry including but not limited to: dealership systems, consumer behavior, sales process, dealership organization and profit centers.
- Online sales activities and digital marketing experience a plus.
- High proficiency with computer software including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
