**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Menifee Assisted Living. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and residents with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist residents and family members with inquiries and requests
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for residents and staff
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the facility

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
