Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us We want to help **YOU **build your career We pride ourselves on providing proven systems to our agents that will ensure their success. This rewarding, full-time position provides agents with a fantastic opportunity to do what they love: helping clients find and buy the home of their dreams
**We provide**:
Leads - Buyer and seller leads every day.
Support - you will have help and training always
Training - We have weekly training that covers every aspect of real estate.
Coaching - we have weekly and one**-**on-one coaching available.
Business cards - We pay for Business cards.
Marketing - Lots of different strategies
New or experienced agents we want to talk to you.

**What we ask of you**:
- Be a licensed real estate agent or be willing to complete licensing courses. (If you're not licensed, we can help.)
- Be ready to dive into an extensive training program that is designed for success. (If you follow the training, you will have success as a real estate agent.)
- Be a team player. (We share everything that can help our fellow agents. (If you have knowledge that can help your fellow associates, share the wealth.)
- Be ready to work in an exciting and energetic atmosphere (We're electric and love it)
- Who you work with matters
**Qualifications**:
- Real Estate license agent or Broker (required).
- Must complete the 75-hour real estate course (If you’re in the process of taking the course you’re welcome to apply)
- Needs to be available for a full-time position (for training and working with clients).
- Culture of ongoing coaching, which empowers agents at any experience level to accelerate their business development

Pay: $78,000.00 - $147,000.00 per year
