Smokehouse Operator

Bilinski's Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking a Smokehouse Operator for our fully cooked chicken sausage manufacturing operation in Cohoes, NY

**Requirements include but are not limited to**:

- Rolling large carts of hanging sausages (weighing ~500 lbs) into and out of smokehouses
- Tracking and recording cook times and temperatures
- Tracking and recording chill down time and temperatures
- Rotating racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production lines
- Coordinating with the room supervisor on the schedule for the day
- Cleaning and inspecting the smokehouses and smokehouse area before and after daily production
- Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions
- Ability to fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as needed

**Rate**: $22/hour

**Hours**: 6am-4pm plus mandatory overtime as the daily schedule requires. Must be able to work a Saturday shift.
