Restoration Technician

**Restoration Technician**:
**Location: Saco, ME, 04072**:
The Restoration Technician will be responsible for performing restoration work on properties damaged by water, fire, or other disasters. The technician will work with a team to assess damage, develop restoration plans, and execute restoration work. The technician will also be responsible for documenting work performed and communicating with clients throughout the restoration process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess damage to properties and develop restoration plans
- Perform restoration work, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, and rebuilding
- Document work performed and communicate with clients throughout the restoration process
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain equipment and tools used in restoration work
- Assist with other tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restoration work preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
