We are growing quickly, are expanding our team, and looking for a motivated Roof Inspector to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed roof inspections to assess damage, particularly storm related damage.
- Meet with insurance adjusters on-site to review and point out damages.
- Take comprehensive photos of the roof to document the inspection.
- Enter detailed notes and findings into the company CRM system promptly after each inspection.
- Maintain and responsibly use a company-provided vehicle.
- Lift, Carry, and Set Up Ladders up to 100 pounds.
- Complete Minor Repairs and Tarping when needed.
- Utilize Smart Phone to document Projects and Photos in Apps.
- Sketch and Measure Project Components - Roof, Siding, Gutters, etc.
- Working Outside - Weather Permitting.
- Complete and document Project Reports per Inspection in our CRM.
- Requires valid Driver’s License with proven save driving record.
- Team Player - We are all one team.

**Even Better if You Have**:

- HAAG and/or IICRC Certification.
- Aspire to become your friendly neighborhood spiderman
- Rope and Harness Certification.
- Prior Roofing Experience.
- Prior Home Exterior Work - Siding, Gutters, Doors, Windows.
- Prior Home Inspection Experience.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in roof inspection or construction.
- MUST be comfortable climbing a ladder and walking a roof.
- Comfortable working on roofs up to 3 stories high.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify damage effectively.
- Self-Motivated and able to work independently.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with both insurance adjusters and homeowners.
- Proficiency in using digital devices (e.g., tablets or smartphones) for photo documentation and note-taking.
- Be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system.
- Valid License and Clean driving record required.
- Background check required.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary: $52,000 per year + commissions.
- Benefits include a company vehicle, a fuel card, [and other benefits to be specified, such as health insurance, retirement plans, etc.]

Pay: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Compensation package: Bonus opportunities

Schedule: Monday - Friday and Weekends as needed.

Work Location: In person.
