We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client's distribution center, managing inventory control, and leading a team of warehouse associates. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and audits
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of the warehouse to optimize space utilization
- Utilize AS400 or similar systems to track inventory levels, process orders, and generate reports
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall warehouse efficiency
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to assist with loading and unloading of shipments

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 or similar software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in materials handling techniques to ensure safety and minimize damage

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
