Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center, a 118 bed skilled nursing facility located in Natick, MA, is looking for **New Graduate nurses (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) **to join our team. Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center is a 5 Star Facility that has been deeply rooted in the MetroWest community for over 25 years with a reputation for providing high quality care. This facility is situated in a beautiful setting with modern updates to the property and state of the art short term rehab unit and therapy gym.

Mary Ann Morse is committed in providing a learning environment that supports new graduates. We provide an experienced nurse as a mentor during an expanded orientation process. We use a collaborative approach with orientation that ensures success of each new graduate. Mary Ann Morse HealthCare treats a wide variety of conditions such as Neurological, Orthopedic, Cardiac, Wound Care, Pulmonology, and many others to provide a great learning experience. We have onsite Nurse Practitioners and Physicians that are eager to assist in the development of new graduate nurses.

Requirements of a New Graduate Nurse:
1. Hire date must be within 1 year of graduation date from a board approved nursing education program in Massachusetts.

2. Must pass the NCLEX within 1 year of hire date. If a failing score on the NCLEX exam is received, it must be communicated to the Director of Nursing as new graduate would no longer be allowed to practice nursing.
