In-home Afternoon Specialist

- initiating team members to help us with our mission of providing quality services to a young individual with social-emotional needs after school hours.

**This schedule is M-F from 145pm-545pm with the opportunity to work more hours if wanted**

**Full time schedules also available**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Skill building of ADL's and IADL's
- In home direct care for an individual with intellectual disabilities.
- Community based skill building.
- Providing respite care to the guardians of the individual.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the family and maintain positive rapport with the individual.
