Qc Specialist

LifeLens Technologies, Inc. is a medical device developer located in beautiful Bucks County, PA. We are pioneering innovative, next-generation, treatment devices for personal health monitoring.

We are seeking to hire a QC Specialist. **This is a full-time, on-site position.
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform incoming, WIP, and finished device inspections and tests by visual, dimensional, and electronic test equipment to assure products meet specification
- Conduct first article and line clearance inspections
- Review incoming and production records for accuracy and completeness and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Make product quality accept/reject determinations based on established specifications and quality standards and initiate nonconformance reports for nonconforming product
- Release of raw materials, in process, and finished product.
- Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and conduct defect awareness and other quality related training to production personnel.

**Qualifications**
- HS diploma minimum, associate degree in electronics strongly preferred
- Prior experience in electronics inspection and testing in a production environment
- Prior experience in an FDA regulated industry strongly preferred
- Working experience with MS Word and Excel
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Physical Demands**
- Able to use standard office equipment (computer, mouse, keyboard, printer, etc.)
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.

**Work Hours**
- 7:00 a.m. to 3:30pm M-F. Some Saturdays may be required.
