**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Create compelling content tailored to each social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitive insights, and audience behavior to optimize content and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stay informed about changes in algorithms, policies, and trends across social media platforms and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to showcase campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to specific audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
