Weekend Horse Farm Position

Manheim, United States Edelson Equine Associates Full time

Edelson Equine Associates is an equine veterinary clinic. We have some resident horses and we have horses coming into the clinic for breeding and various procedures. This position is part time, weekends only, with hours being 8:00-4:00 Saturday and Sunday. Occasionally a few days will be available during the week which will be offered but not required. Generally, two people work together and since there are several weekend workers, the schedule can be flexible.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: cleaning stalls, feeding, administering oral medications, turnout, teasing mares seasonally, assisting with the vet when needed, restocking barns, cleaning the clinic and the office areas.

Must be able to walk distances and be able to lift 50# feed bags as well as bales of hay.

Must have horse experience and reliable transportation

You absolutely must be dependable.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends only
