**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead construction crews on-site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure the project's success.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Manage the project schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Monitor material and equipment usage, and coordinate deliveries to the site.
- Solve problems and troubleshoot issues that may arise during construction.
- Keep accurate records and pictures of daily activities, work progress, and labor hours.
- Communicate proactively and efficiently with team members and management.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 2 years in restaurant construction or similar projects.
- Proven experience as a construction foreman or supervisor.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
