- . **Material Sourcing**:Work with subcontractor, salesperson and production manager to Ensure crew has all materials and equipment for current job. Return leftover materials to supplier or storage facility to prevent waste and keep job costs down.
- **Permitting and Compliance**: Ensuring that all necessary regulatory and manufacturer’s requirements are obtained and complied with before and during the project.
- **Team Management**: Supervising roofing crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Ensure at project completion that thorough clean up has been successfully completed.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Working with Production Manager and salesperson to creating work schedules and coordinating the activities of various teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- **Quality Control**: Monitoring work progress and conducting quality inspections to ensure that roofing installations meet industry standards and client expectations.
- **Communication**: Maintaining regular communication with clients, salesperson and Production Manager keeping them informed about project progress, addressing concerns, and providing updates as needed.
- **Problem Solving**: Identifying and resolving issues and challenges that arise during the course of the project, such as material shortages, weather delays, or unforeseen structural and flashing problems.
- **Budget Management**: Tracking project expenses(material receipts, material return receipts, additional project labor costs, fuel) and ensure all documentation budget related is turned in to office administrator for job costs. Create work order for all jobs managed.
- **Documentation**: Keeping detailed records of project activities, including change orders, invoices, and correspondence, for future reference and documentation.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly, delivering high-quality workmanship, and maintaining professional conduct throughout the project. Stay in constant contact with customer and sales person.
- **Payments**: Confirm payments are made with customer, office admin and salesperson upon completion

Overall, a residential roofing project manager must possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage roofing projects from start to finish while meeting client requirements and maintaining quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the customer's liaison while on the job site
- Ensure that each project is installed according to company policies/standards
- Arrive at work on-time each day at same time as crew based on the schedule provided by the Production Manager
- Complete respective checklist for Installs, Pre-Inspection or Post-Inspection
- Ensure the crew has necessary information to complete the job successfully and is using CompanyCam and JobNimbus to properly document the installation process
- Constantly learning the industry and roofing requirements

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
