Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning
- Assist in cooking and baking tasks as directed by the chef or kitchen supervisor
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Assist in storing food and supplies appropriately
- Support meal preparation for various dining settings such as restaurants, catering events, or healthcare facilities

**Skills**:

- Experience or interest in the food industry, culinary arts, or related field
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in a restaurant kitchen is a plus
