**What We're Looking For**:Customer service representatives who actively engages with customers providing them with basic information regarding Pay O Matic bank products and services.

**QUALFICATIONS**:

- One to two years related experience or equivalent.
- Superb customer service/Communication skills.
- Proficient computer operator.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- flexibility, and a willingness accept change quickly
- Bilingual language skills are a plus

**RESPOSIBILITIES**:

- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Use POS system for all transactions
- Work in confined areas alone with the understanding of the Company’s security/safety policies and procedures.
- Open and close the store when required.
- Adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as heavy verbal demands of customer service
- successfully performing transactions while upholding Banking-related Compliance rules and regulations.
- Maintaining a harmonious work environment with colleagues through practice of mutual respect.
- you must be available for these days and shifts: Wed & Thur-9am to 6pm; Fri-1pm to 8pm; Sat-9am to 5pm
- Able to float to other locations.
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Comfortable working alone
- work any 7 days out the week including but not limited to weekends and holidays, if needed

**The pay range for this position is: $16 per hour. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the applicable law.**
