The **GC Quality Coordinator** follows basic quality techniques, including: containments, inspections, audits, and calibration to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure quality standards.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities include**:

- Examine processes and product for conformance to specifications.
- Use problem solving approach and methodology.
- Initiate and update Quality Alerts.
- Identify ‘inspect/no inspect’ status of received material.
- Assist with non-conforming product sorts.
- Perform on-site inspections at customers and suppliers.
- Initiate nonconforming material reports.
- Communicate final disposition on product and material.
- Maintain and inspect test equipment.
- Initiate, support and maintain FIFO status as needed.
- Support the assembly department and disposition of rejected material.
- 5S duties.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent computer literacy on Microsoft Office platform including Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, customers and associates.
- Experience with basic inspection equipment including calipers, gauge pins, etc.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensional Tolerance.
- Ability to read blue prints.
- Ability to problem solve, work independently.
- Accurately distinguish difference in colors per standards.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Hi-lo operator license preferred.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent and 1 -2 years of Quality related work experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

- Quality inspection: 1 year (required)
