**Groundskeeper** **Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of our property, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing. **Duties**: - Irrigate and maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas. - Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting. - Utilize power tools and hand tools to carry out groundskeeping duties effectively. - Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues with plants, trees, and outdoor structures. - Assist in snow removal and de-icing during winter months. - Keep outdoor spaces free of debris and litter. - Collaborate with the landscaping team to enhance the overall appearance of the property. - Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries while working outdoors. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping. - Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant maintenance. - Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools used in grounds maintenance. - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision. - Physical stamina to handle the demands of outdoor work in various weather conditions. - Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces. Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
