**Responsibilities**:

- This Group Facilitator would be responsible for conducting groups and assisting the clinical department in a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the attending Clinical Director
- Conduct educational groups (lectures/videos/discussions) effectively
- Document the patient's progress accurately as it relates to treatment goals and objectives
- Assist patients in gaining group process skills and Reinforce stated treatment goals and objectives that are measurable
- Utilize experiential techniques effectively and create atmosphere in which self-disclosure is facilitated
- Assist patients gain insight into problems and understanding treatment goals
- Give patient a clear picture of where he/she stands with regard to progress toward recovery as seen by the therapist and the multidisciplinary treatment team
- Confront and document counter-productive behavior appropriately
- Be effective in finding needed resources
- Maintain clinical records according to program policies and those of licensing and accrediting agencies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
