Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will oversee quality assurance processes, conduct audits, and implement quality control measures to drive continuous improvement.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control standards
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas of concern
- Lead investigations into product non-conformances and customer complaints
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance processes
- Oversee the implementation of QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) programs
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials
- Manage the calibration program for measuring equipment
- Ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP requirements
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Pay: $58,799.66 - $70,812.50 per year
