- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Handle returns and exchanges following company policies
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

**Skills**:

- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Experience with product demonstrations is a plus
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
- Familiarity with stock management procedures
- Ability to assist with technology sales and provide product information
- Understanding of retail math for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and maintaining cash register accuracy
- Previous experience in electronics sales is beneficial
