**Duties**:

- Assist patients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes or concerns
- Provide medication reminders
- Support patients with mobility and transfers ensuring safety
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

**Requirements**:

- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Personal Care Aide (PCA)
- Experience in dementia care is advantageous
- Ability to deliver compassionate care to patients of diverse backgrounds and ages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Capability to work independently while following instructions accurately

**This is case is for a female client, who suffers from mild Anxiety and depression. The schedule is any THREE weekdays( YOUR CHOICE) other than WED, from 1p-5p. NO WEEKENDS MUST LOVE DOGS AS THE HAVE A SWEET ENERGETIC POMERANIAN THAT IS 14 MONTHS OLD.**
