**Skills & Responsibilities**
- Create long
- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by soliciting performance feedback, identifying client needs, and identifying future opportunities
- Attend meetings with project team on all projects/tasks
- Chart and provide project performance results
- Communicate with leadership team to keep projects aligned with their goals
- Perform quality control on projects throughout development to maintain expected standards
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
- Define and document project scope, objectives and desired outcome
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations, both internally and externally
- Prepare a budget based on project scope
- Set and adhere to budgetary allocation
- Hire the right team, internally and/or externally, and provide training and coaching, if needed
- Estimate resource requirement, acquire it effectively and manage efficiently
- Design a work plan for each team member depending upon project requirement and member expertise
- Provide project updates to stakeholders as per demand and requirement
- Create and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely deliveries
- Perform regular assessment of project execution to identify areas for improvement
- Be aware of industry best practices, techniques and standards, and encourage team members to use them for effective project execution
- Track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation
- Undertake risk management to minimize potential risks
- Achieve or exceed budgeted individual utilization target
- Complete other duties as required/assigned

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of design experience required.
- PMP Certification preferred
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to draw up detailed project plans and schedules
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Domain knowledge preferred
- Knowledge and experience with project management best practices and tools
- Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
