Autism Specialist

_**Liberty Homecare is hiring **_We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Autism Specialists to serve as part of our growing homecare team. In this role, you will work with our clients in their homes, and community by helping them with basic tasks according to their care plan and needs.

We require staff to have a license and vehicle.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Autism Specialist**:

- Community Support
- Understand and assist with daily living needs.
- Encourage independence at home.
- Mentor Support
- Socialization Support
- Medication Reminder
- Transportation for errands and appointments
- Incident reporting and client condition change reporting/communication
- Engage in socialization.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a criminal multi-state background check.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with Autism - knowledge of Autism
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle registration and current auto insurance required.
- Ability to complete/pass required Training

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
