Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and other beverages. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed when handling and preparing food items
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell additional products or menu items to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
