Handyman Technician

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry work, plumbing repairs, and electrical maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Repair equipment and machinery as needed.
- Install fixtures and appliances.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience using an Ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 50 per week
