**Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

- CDL Class A or B with air brakes, manual, and tanker endorsement or ability to test.
- Ability to work with and lead team members, develop trust with others and maintain clear lines of communication.
- Solid conflict resolution skills.
- Solid organizational skills and ability to continuously improve processes.
- Experience in landscaping and hydroseed.
- Lead from our Mission Vision and Values.
