Middle School Teacher

Qualified Middle School and High School for full-time position. Must have Christian background or knowledge thereof. Must be a United States citizen, can commute to Upper Marlboro, Maryland in a timely fashion and proof of Covid-19 vaccination. The Middle SchoolTeacher will also need to teach Math and Science.

**Duties**:

- Regularly communicate with parents and legal guardians regarding child’s performance, track and record student progress and keep records up to date for progress reports and report card conferences
- Act as a role model by making your students feel motivated while maintaining an approachable personality
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualified applicants only:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in education or related field
- Expertise in the field of English for Middle School; and English/History for High School
- Experience teaching in a classroom environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all staff and colleagues
- Flexibility and high adaptation skills to work successfully in an unpredictable school setting
- Organization and communication skills

Pay: $25,000.00 - $26,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations: Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
