As the** Program Assistant**, your primary responsibility is the general operations of the program’s administrative office.

**ABOUT RIVERSIDE WRAPAROUND**

Seneca offers "Wraparound" services to youth and families experiencing emotional/behavioral challenges in the home. The Wraparound programs are strengths-based, family-driven, flexible, and creative, with the goal of helping the family develop the skills and supports to prevent or reduce the possibility of out-of-home placement of their child. A family-based team addresses the needs of the entire family, not just the child of focus. This family-based team consists of family members, Seneca's Therapists, Youth Counselors, Parent Partners, Facilitators and other community members who have an important role in the family.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer department phones. Screen and direct telephone calls.
- Greet and interact with clients, families and other visitors.
- Maintain the safety, organization and professional appearance of the front office and general areas.
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate various office services.
- Order and organize program supplies.
- Ensure smooth logistics for onsite meetings/trainings and visitors including conference room reservations, meal planning and logistics, both in preparation and execution.
- Maintain well-organized and accessible electronic and paper forms and files.
- Process all mail, correspondence and information to and from the program’s office, including correspondence to and from the Program Director/Manager of Operations.
- Manage program petty cash reimbursement and Program Director credit card expense report.
- Complete required program reports and scheduling.
- Generate reports and synthesize data pertaining to program performance, demographics, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:
**REQUIRED**
- Education/experience requirements:

- Bachelor's degree OR
- Associate degree or equivalent + 1 year of applicable work experience OR
- High school diploma/GED + 2 years of applicable work experience
- _ Applicable work experience includes any paid or unpaid experience in an administrative capacity requiring customer service, data entry, ability to prioritize multiple projects within strict deadlines, and coordination with multiple departments._
- At least 21 years of age.
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy.
- Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination or an HR-approved medical/religious exemption.

**PREFERRED**
- Previous experience in comparable position.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).

**SKILLS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Excellent organizational, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, and a variety of technology platforms.
- Ability to structure and perform routine tasks.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Capacity to engage and develop rapport with youth, families, and community partners from a wide variety of racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic background.

Schedule:

- Full-time
- Monday - Friday: 10am-6:30pm; client driven schedule.
- Hybrid; sometimes in-person, sometimes remote.

**Benefits**:

- Starting at $20.60 to $23.10 per hour.
- As of **July 7th**, this starting range will increase to **$21.22 - $23.72** **per hour.
- Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam.
- Actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualification.
