Custodial Services Technician

C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring an **CUSTODIAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN **to join an ambitious and growing team. A Custodial Services Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean facility that is free from hazards that may cause injury. Employees at C.C. Creations must be highly motivated, provide exceptional customer service, and act as an essential component of the positive and respectful work environment.

**What will you do as a Custodial Services Technician?**
- Clean building interiors such as floors, bathrooms, and walls
- Disinfect commonly used items
- Maintain cleaning materials inventory
- Maintain outdoor grounds by removing debris
- Ensure production area is clean
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Ensure walkways and production aisles are free from hazards
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager

**Additional Requirements**:

- Knowledge of cleaning products and tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and multitask
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Physical ability to bend, lift, and twist
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds multiple times a day
- Physical ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
