Forno Piombo is looking for a Lead Mason to run our Finish Department. This role is essential for anyone who excels in hands-on tile and masonry work but can also manage the finer details of project logistics. You’ll primarily engage in hands-on masonry work on our pizza ovens, with a secondary focus on managing project timelines and handling inventory logistics.

Responsibilities Include:

- Leading and managing the finishing process of our ovens, including tiling, crating, and preparing ovens for shipment.
- Supervising a team of skilled workers, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Planning and overseeing the daily and weekly workflow, including scheduling tasks and managing timelines for finishing schedules.
- Ordering and managing materials inventory to maintain continuous productivity without delays.
- Providing hands-on leadership in masonry work, ensuring each oven meets our exacting standards.
- Training and mentoring team members, enhancing their skills in specialized masonry and finishing techniques.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless production process from start to finish.

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4 X 10, with opportunity for overtime on Friday.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years in tile work and masonry
- 2+ years supervising others
- Must be accurate and detailed in work performance
- Proven record of meeting deadlines timely while producing quality work

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
