SOAR High School in Palmdale is currently hiring new AVID tutors for this school year. Shifts would be range from Mondays & Wednesdays 9am-2pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-3:30pm, and Fridays 8:30am-3:30p with potential for additional shifts as they become available. Tutors and substitute tutors will be hired now until all positions are filled. The hourly wage is $16.00 per hour with a maximum of 19 hours per week. We particularly would like tutors who've had high school higher-level math/science classes but welcome all applicants. Applicants **MUST** be enrolled in college classes, be at least 18 years of age to apply, and must have either a California ID/a driver's license.

Expected hours: 8 - 19 per week
